My Favorite Use for Oils - Roller Bottles
I love taking my oils on the go. Being able to just pull them out and apply for anything from a achey cranium to seasonal sniffles is a godsend!!!
So here is how I make my rollers:

Supplies:
- 10ml glass roller bottle (with the stainless steel roller ball, trust me, it's way better than the plastic roller ball.)
- Carrier Oil (my go to's are jojoba and almond oil, they are the best for my sensitive skin, but you can also use one of the many others, be looking for my carrier oil post.)
- Favorite Essential Oils - there are tons of recipes out there. I will share a few of my favorites that I use on the daily below.
Favorite Recipes:
For all the below recipes you will add all your drops of essential oils to your 10ml glass roller bottle. Then fill the rest of the bottle up with your choice of carrier oil.
- Achey Roller:
- 10 drops Panaway
- 10 drops Peppermint
- 10 drops Lavender
- 10 drops Copaiba
- Tummy Roller:
- 12 drops DiGize
- 10 drops Tangerine
- 4 drops Peppermint
- Happy Roller:
- 10 drops Lavender
- 10 drops Stress Away
- 10 drops Citrus Fresh
- Sniffles Roller:
- 10 drops Lavender
- 10 drops Lemon
- 10 drops Peppermint
