Starter Kit Oil #6 - Lemon Vitality

Lemon Vitality is another go to oil of mine. Like Lavender it is super popular and you will find it in many recipes. It is a great accompaniment to Thieves especially in their cleaning line, it just give you that fresh scent. 

Adding Lemon Vitality to my water has actually increased my water intake.. I'm horrible about drinking water, it's like watching a two year old trying to eat broccoli...
