Starter Kit Oil #8 - Peppermint Vitality

The mint family is a pretty mighty group of essential oils and Peppermint Vitality is no exception. You must have noticed that Peppermint is a main ingredient in 2 of the blends in your kit.

Peppermint Vitality is what I like to call a year round oil. I find myself using it in the winter in my cocoa or in a balm for dry skin. In the summer I love how cooling and refreshing it is on my skin in my ice tea. This is another oil you will find plenty of uses for. I love adding it to brownies.. and you don't need to get fancy.. a box brownie mix can still be made with TLC.
